DAY 0 - Kilimanjaro International Airport to your pre-safari lodge

Today you arrive directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport (time and flight to be confirmed) and will be transferred to your pre-safari lodge in Arusha or Moshi.

DAY 1 - Arusha National Park (with canoeing safari)

Embark on an enchanting journey to Arusha National Park, a hidden gem offering unparalleled vistas of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, and Mount Meru, Tanzania’s majestic second-highest mountain, both visible on clear days. Discover a haven for bird enthusiasts, with the park boasting nearly 400 avian species thriving in diverse habitats encompassing forests, savannahs, moorlands, and lakes. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this picturesque landscape, capturing breathtaking wildlife photography amidst the stunning surroundings. As part of today’s game drive, you’ll also have the opportunity for a memorable canoeing safari lasting two hours, providing a unique perspective of the park’s diverse ecosystem. Later, return to your accommodation in Arusha for a delectable dinner and a restful overnight stay, concluding your unforgettable day of exploration and adventure

DAY 2 - Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Today pick up from the hotel and drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Upon arrival, dive into a thrilling game drive, exploring the park’s diverse landscapes of savannah, acacia woodlands, and the life-giving Tarangire River. Keep your eyes peeled for elephants ambling amidst the baobabs, as well as lions, leopards, and a myriad of bird species, all thriving in this rich ecosystem. Later drive to your lodge inside Tarangire for a Dinner & Overnight.

DAY 3 - Tarangire National Park to Lake Manyara National Park

Embark on an exhilarating safari adventure in Lake Manyara National Park, a dynamic ecosystem enveloping an alkaline lake. This condensed park mirrors the diverse landscapes of East Africa, showcasing a tapestry of groundwater forests, expansive grassy floodplains, rugged rocky escarpments, and flourishing acacia woodlands. As you traverse the park, remain vigilant for its abundant wildlife, including majestic elephants, graceful giraffes, submerged hippos, and a plethora of bird species. Notably, be on the lookout for the elusive tree-climbing lions, a rare and captivating sight that may bless your excursion. Following your thrilling game drive, commence your journey to your campsite for a delightful dinner and an overnight stay, ensuring a perfect conclusion to your day of exploration and discovery amidst the wilderness of Lake Manyara National Park.

DAY 4 - Lake Manyara National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

Join us for an enriching morning safari walk after breakfast at your hotel! Accompanied by a knowledgeable park ranger, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and witness wonders that are often missed from a vehicle. Your ranger will introduce you to fascinating creatures such as the rhino-horned dung beetle and demonstrate bird calls, like those of the Sulphur-breasted bull shrike. You might even indulge in a desert date, a delightful treat favored by monkeys! However, keep in mind that walking in the safari can evoke both excitement and caution as we strive to observe magnificent wildlife while prioritizing safety

We’ll walk quietly in a line, and you might spot a giraffe eating leaves or a group of elephants peacefully munching on grass. Don’t worry, the ranger is really good at keeping us safe.

After our walk and a yummy lunch, we’ll head to Ngorongoro for the night.

DAY 5 - Ngorongoro Crater to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO)

Today you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for your game drive today in the caldera floor against a spectacular 600m (2000ft) crater wall. The Ngorongoro Crater has a great density of wildlife and superb for game viewing almost all year around. Predators are usually easily spotted here in the morning, and you may encounter the elusive black Rhino as well as many of the big 5. Later in the late afternoon drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport where you will fly back to home.
