2. Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your booking, written notice is required. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of notice and the agreements with our accommodation and activity partners. While we do our best to minimize costs, refunds are subject to third-party policies and cannot always be guaranteed in full.
